Editorial craft ledger for Primal's animation honors and shot-level credits

As animation adopts generative production, how can craft credits remain traceable creative evidence?

Primal's two craft awards put animation credits back inside the frame

A vertical-drama labor agreement challenges an industry built on compressed schedules

SAG-AFTRA has created a dedicated agreement for serialized vertical productions, and projects from studios including Knockout Shorts and CandyJar are entering the union framework. The agreement does not automatically improve a series or mean that every production is now governed properly. It does force the industry to place performer classification, working time, compensation, scope of use, AI processing and version rights inside the production plan instead of using a supposedly new format to explain every unresolved condition on set.
